This time, we will introduce Fukuoka prefecture governor-designated specialty folk craft, Akasaka doll.

Narration:
From around the middle of the Edo period, the village of Chikugo Akasaka flourished as a production area for arima clan’s Akasaka-yaki.

It is said that pottery craftsmen who worked at the pottery of the place were producing aside from the main job is actually the roots of the Akasaka doll.
