Turf, Surf & Sake: Japan Shines in World of Tastes at Hong Kong Food Expo

Wild salmon, fresh fruit and quality cake perfectly matched with rice wine – just a sample of what was on the menu in Hong Kong at the HKTDC Food Expo. Celebrating its 23rd edition with Japan as partner country, the 2012 expo ran 16-20 August 2012 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
